- About Frafty
Frafty is a Chennai-based brand offering authentic handmade Indian art, décor, and gift items. Each product is handcrafted by local artisans; slight variations in color, texture, or dimensions are natural signs of craftsmanship.
Handmade Disclaimer: Because our items are handwoven or hand-carved, no two pieces are exactly alike. Variations (up to ~10%) are not defects but unique traits of handmade goods.
- Eligibility
By using this website, you represent that:

- Orders, Pricing & Payment
Product Availability: All products are subject to stock availability. We may change or discontinue products without notice.
Pricing: Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and do not include applicable taxes (GST, etc.). We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
Payment: Full payment is required at checkout. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and other secure payment methods via trusted gateways. (We do not store your card details.)
- Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Delivery: We ship pan-India only. Delivery time varies by location. As 3–7 business days after dispatch based on the courier service
Tracking: Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number by email/SMS.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, natural events, or other issues beyond our control.
- Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns: We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request a return, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
Non – Refunds/Replacements/Cancellation: We will not replacement or refund. There is no refunds policy, once payment done processed/received there is no refunds, no cancellation, no replacements as it is not possible
Not Returnable: We cannot accept returns for “change of mind,” minor handmade variations, or any used items.
- User Accounts
Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must provide accurate, current information at all times. We may suspend or close your account if you provide false or incomplete information.
Communication: By placing an order, you consent to receive order updates and communications via email/SMS, as allowed under the IT Act.
